I have a fairly ambitious to do list. If any one has suggests or can help with the list please contact me.

HEATING & VENTILATION
                       
As the budget allows, I would like to place two video cameras in the attic so visitors can see the construction and insulation. A remote control camera would enable the attic to be view and a second camera would be placed inside the ventilation duct to watch for condensation.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION MONITORING EQUIPMENT

In order to determine when and how much electric is being used, I would like to add equipment to monitor the electric consumption of the two tankless water heaters and the washer and dryer

GARAGE CONSTRUCTION

We are in the process of building a 24’ X 30 ‘ two story garage. Its designed is based on an old carriage barn in Norwalk, Ohio, Sue’s home town. The second floor will provide a meeting place for some of the larger groups that schedule meets at The House on Third Street. Most of the walls are up, but not filled with concrete yet. As are budget allows, the goal is to poured the walls, and put the floor and roof joist in place over the next two months.

SIDEWALK  

I would like to ad a handicap access sidewalk that curves from the front sidewalk around to the side porch and cutting Garden. This would eliminating the need to use the front steps.

PICKET FENCE & GATE

Plans call for a white picket fence and gate across the front yard and down the left side of the property

SIDE YARD PRIVACY FENCE

I am still working on ideas for a unique privacy fence at the right side of the house.

FLAG POLE

To make the home more distinctive and more recognized as a demonstration home, I would like to eventually add a flagpole in the front yard.
           
GREENHOUSE

I would like to eventually ad a small greenhouse to not only grow plants, but to also capture and store heat to supplement the home’s or garage’s heating need.
